Delhi’s air quality once again slipped to the “very poor” category, with people reporting skin-related illnesses in addition to throat and lung problems. Pollution can cause inflammation and accelerate the signs of premature aging in addition to dehydrating the skin.

Nourish your skin with cooking ingredients
Regularly, your skin needs adequate nourishment. Your skin’s texture will improve and pollution-related skin damage will be lessened. With fruits or other organic components like aloe vera, turmeric, yogurt, milk and many more, you can create natural face masks. It will give you a healthy glow and help you overcome dull skin.
Make a habit of exfoliating your skin frequently. Dead skin cells can be removed with this. Once a week, indulge in this habit. You can also use an exfoliator bought at the market or make a scrub at home. All you have to do is mix coffee powder with sugar and aloe vera gel and gently rub it into your skin. Don’t forget to apply moisturizer later.
